Pfeiffer Vacuum supplies rotary vane pumps for dental materials, turbo pumps, diaphragm pumps, turbo stations and mass spectrometers as well as installation hardware made of special materials suitable for accelerator operation. The required vacuum for the turbomolecular pumps is in the UHV range of < 10^-9 mbar.
