Pfeiffer Vacuum supplies roots pump and – packages also certified per RL94/9 EU (ATEX), rotary vane pumps for keeping the freeze drying condenser at low temperatures up to -70 °C, measuring equipment and leak detectors for leak checking of the production system as well as mass spectrometers for process monitoring.
